Miggie Snyder is a singer/songwriter and musical artist based in Nashville, TN. She was born in the suburbs of Chicago, IL and began writing music at a young age. She spent her childhood performing in a variety of choirs, show choirs, and musicals. A highlight of her youth was performing at Carnegie Hall when she was 14 years old, with the Honors Performance Series Choir. She went to college at Western Michigan University where she graduated summa cum laude with a BFA in Musical Theatre Performance and spent the first year post graduation performing professionally in musicals across the country. ​When the pandemic hit, she threw herself into her writing. Her debut single "Paris" released in May of 2020 and quickly gained attention on social media. Her next single "Legend Lake" catapulted her career, going viral on TikTok and accumulating over 5 million views. The song has now reached over 1.5 million streams on streaming platforms. In 2021, she released her debut EP titled "Beginning" featuring six original songs self-written and co-produced with Craig Wilson and Chris Benelli. Her next viral moment came with her single "music man" which released in the spring of 2022 and gained over 10 million views on social media. In the summer of 2022, Miggie went on a Midwest tour, playing in venues in Missouri, Illinois, Michigan, Wisconsin, and Iowa. Her latest release was a deluxe version of her debut album in spring of 2024 titled "I'm Glad I Stayed". The album features 10 original songs, and was co-produced by Miggie Snyder and Alyssa Trahan, while the deluxe version features another 4 original songs and the first work tape of her song "Villain". She has played in numerous highly regarded venues, including Hey Nonny (Arlington Heights, IL), Blue Strawberry (St. Louis, MO), and The Listening Room (Nashville, TN). Her fanbase spans across the globe, with listeners in 6 out of 7 continents and over 145 countires. Currently, she continues to work on new projects and tours various states playing shows.
